  • A/D/O 29 Norman Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11222 United States (map)

We welcome you to join Sacred Seeds at Climate Week 2018 where CJ Sapong will be on a panel entitled "Woven Skin Talks", the culmination of the three-day art exhibition by artist Claudy Jongstra. The moving and thought provoking immersive sculptures contains over fifty of Claudy's piece of art from the madder root from the Studio's own small-scale biodynamic farm in Northern Netherlands. In addition to Claudy’s U.S. premiere at Climate Week, the instillation will also be featured at New York Textile Month.

Joining CJ on the panel with Claudy are Matthew Baird, Karenna Gore, and Billie Tsien to speak to their expertise in Environmental Law/Policy, Earth Ethics, and Architecture respectively. The panel will be moderated by LinYee Yuan of MOLD.

Sacred Seeds is excited to participate in the tenth edition of Climate Week, focused on showcasing climate action and discussions of how to do more.

We look forward to collaborating with others who #Strive2Thrive, and hope to see you at the event! Pictures sure to come, don't forget to stop by and say hello to CJ!
